Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Folly & Wild, we strive to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. However, should you wish to return an item, please refer to the following guidelines:
Return Eligibility
You have 28 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges after this period.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at hello@follywild.co.uk with photographic evidence. Alternatively, you may mail the defective item to:

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Please note, return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. In cases of faulty or damaged goods, we will also reimburse your original delivery costs.
