Delivery Policy
Shipping Information
All deliveries are shipped daily at 5pm with EVRI. You may choose between the following delivery options:
Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)
Next Working Day Delivery
Please note: While we strive to meet the specified delivery timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to courier service factors beyond our control. Upon processing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
Order Processing
Orders are processed daily at 9am, and we fulfill them in the order they are received. Orders marked with a specified delivery date will be prioritised accordingly. Any orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
For bespoke orders, please allow approximately one week for production, setting, and dispatch.
International Deliveries
We are pleased to offer international shipping. To arrange this, please contact us via WhatsApp at +44 7540 464422 or email us at hello@follywild.co.uk. International orders will commence upon receipt of payment for the invoice provided.
Holiday Shipping Schedule
Please note that Folly & Wild will be closed from 20th December to 3rd January. Orders placed during this period will be dispatched during the week commencing 4th January. Unfortunately, replacement products cannot be issued during this closure.
UK Delivery Options
Standard Delivery: UK and Ireland delivery charges vary based on parcel weight and delivery speed (rates provided at checkout).
Local Deliveries to Faringdon (SN7): FREE
Collection from Tribe Zero Waste: FREE
Collection from Folly & Wild: FREE
During peak times such as Black Friday Weekend and Christmas, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery after dispatch. If more than 5 working days have passed since you received your shipping confirmation, kindly reach out to our customer service team.

RETURNS POLICY
You are welcome to return any product in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 28 working days of delivery. Please note that there must be no scratches or marks on the product and the product must not be used or damaged.
We request that you arrange and pay the cost of your return. If you are returning faulty or damaged products, we will refund the cost of your return if you supply us with a delivery receipt. Please email us your delivery receipt with your order number at hello@follywild.co.uk.

We suggest your product is wrapped securely and for your protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service as we can't accept liability for goods lost in transit.
