DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Information
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched using tracked delivery services. We primarily ship using Royal Mail; however, in some cases we may use alternative couriers such as Evri or DPD to ensure the most efficient and reliable delivery for your order.
Available delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout.
While we always aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
• Orders placed before 2pm are typically processed within 1–2 working days
• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day
Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Products
For bespoke or made-to-order products, please allow up to one week for production, setting, and dispatch before shipping. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Northern Ireland Deliveries
Delivery to Northern Ireland can occasionally incur higher carrier charges.
If this applies to your order, we will always contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional postage costs, giving you the option to proceed or cancel.

International Deliveries
International shipping is not currently available to purchase directly through our website.
If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an international order, please contact us at hello@follyandwild.co.uk. We’ll be happy to assist where possible by arranging a manual order and providing a shipping quote.

We also offer the following free options:
• Local delivery in Faringdon (SN7) – Free
• Collection from Tribe Zero Waste – Free
• Collection from Folly & Wild – Free

Peak Periods & Seasonal Closures
During busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, please allow up to 5 working days after dispatch for delivery.
Holiday Closure:
Folly & Wild will be closed from 20th December to 3rd January. Orders placed during this time will be dispatched during the week commencing 4th January. Unfortunately, replacement products cannot be issued during this closure period.

RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read the information below carefully, as return eligibility varies depending on the nature of the product ordered.

Standard (Non-Bespoke) Products
For eligible, non-bespoke products, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Returned items must be:
• Unused
• Undamaged
• In their original condition
• Free from scratches, marks, or signs of use
We kindly ask that you arrange and cover the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Products
Some of our products are made to order or blended specifically for you.
Due to their bespoke nature, these items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, as they are created especially for your order and cannot be resold.
This does not affect your statutory rights in the event that an item is faulty or not as described.

Personalised Products
Personalised products (including items made with custom names, wording, or designs chosen by you) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by us.
Please ensure all personalisation details are checked carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@follyandwild.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If you are required to return a faulty item, we will refund reasonable return postage costs upon receipt of a valid delivery receipt.

We recommend that all returns are packaged securely and sent using a tracked or recorded delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Products purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned as a complete set. Individual items from a set cannot be returned separately.
