Deliveries are shipped with EVRI daily at midday, you can choose 3-5 working day delivery or next working day delivery (please note, we are heavily reliant on the courier working to thee timescales and sometimes this dates may not be fulfilled due to them). You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been processed with your tracking number. We generate order prints daily at midday and orders will be placed in date order unless marked needed by a specified date. Bespoke orders will be made to order and on average will take around a week to make, settle and dispatch. Order placed over the weekend will be printed Monday. We are able to carry out international deliveries however these will need to be made via WhatsApp on +447540464422 or, where order will be started on receipt of payment of invoice sent.

Christmas Closure

Please note Folly & Wild is closed from the 20th of December - 3rd of January. All orders placed within these dates will be shipped week commencing 4th January. We will also not be able to send replacement products during this time period.

You are welcome to return any product in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 28 working days of delivery. Please note that there must be no scratches or marks on the product and the product must not be used or damaged.
